ABOUT
We are a traditional farmhouse bed & breakfast, located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, on the Longleat Estate in Wiltshire.
We are a working farm with cows and crops. We have two donkeys, Rosie and Poppy and a dog called Robbie. The Mill pond is home to ducks, geese, swans and numerous other wildfowl like Kingfishers, Herons and Egrets .Mill Farm and its many residents have featured on BBC television's "Lion Country" and “Animal Park” and we have also had the privilege of hosting the presenters many times during filming.
OUR ROOMS
We have three bed and breakfast rooms all with their own separate, ground floor entrances. Every room has en-suite facilities with either a bath with shower over or walk in shower, TV, free WIFI, fridge and microwave and everything required for breakfast.
Our self catering cottage sleeps 6 guests. The cottage has a fully equipped, open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, wet room, bathroom and stunning views out to our mill pond. It is suitable for wheelchair users.
The Cowshed
The Cowshed is a large and bright guest suite, with a private entrance. It sleeps up to five guests, in a king size bed, full size bunk beds and a pull out single bed. A travel cot and high chair are also available upon request. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower over. Towels for all guests are provided.
The Carthouse
The Carthouse is a comfortable family room with a private entrance. It sleeps up to four guests, in a double bed and full size bunk beds. A travel cot and highchair are also available upon request. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower over. Towels for all guests are provided.
The Woodshed
The Woodshed is a comfortable twin room with a private entrance. It sleeps two. There is an en-suite shower room. Towels for all guests are provided.
The Old Piggeries
The Old Piggeries is a beautifully presented self-catering cottage that sleeps up to six guests. It features a double bed on a mezzanine floor, full-size bunk beds, and a set of twin beds that can be joined to create a super king-size, depending on guests’ requirements.
There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath and a second wet room. Fresh towels are provided for all guests. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped, leading out through French doors to a private patio with seating and a BBQ.
The patio overlooks the mill pond and donkey paddock, offering a peaceful countryside setting perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
In your room you will find your favourite cereals alongside a variety of fresh fruit, yogurts and juices. Eggs and an egg boiler are included along with white and brown bread and a selection of preserves. There is also a fridge and microwave for your use
We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements all we ask is to be given prior notice

Garden
We have a beautiful garden overlooking the mill pond for you to enjoy at Mill Farm. Sit here with a morning coffee and watch the pond's residents splashing around or the fish jumping.
Daily Housekeeping
We will not enter guests rooms during stays unless requested, except for maintenance problems or in an emergency.
